The protocols are easy to read and follow. I also appreciate the formatting of the media recipe. So far I have started culturing begonias and bucephalandra. The begonias samples are progressing slowly, but the bucephalandra has produced some new roots and shoots. Overall, this collection of protocols is great for beginners and experts alike. I have done extensive amounts of cell culture work and SOP generating over the years, and I appreciate the effort and work that went into making this library.
